Our 2019 Spring was a wet one, but despite all the rain and really strange weather, we made all kinds of progress and had a lot of fun.  We had 5 teams comprised of 3 all-boy teams and 2 all-girl teams in grades 3 through 8. We competed in games, play-dates, festivals and enjoyed new experiences at local tournaments.  The girls competed in the first ever Motor City Lax Jam on Belle Isle. All 3 of the boys teams competed in the Midwest Lax Bash in Oxford that included more than 100 teams. The kids had a lot of fun and the feedback has been tremendous.

Several of our players continued to grow through the off-season by participating with competitive teams and in tournaments.  Others developed by participating in both field and box lacrosse camps.

We were set to begin our 2020 campaign after having great participation in our Winter Tune-ups. However, our season has been put on pause for the moment due to Coronavirus and the resulting stay in place guidelines from the State of Michigan. We hope to pick the season back up in some form as soon as it is safe to do so. Please stay tuned...

Lacrosse is a really terrific game and we enjoy sharing it with the downriver community. It is fast paced and complements so many sports that youth in this area participate in, such as hockey, basketball, football, and soccer.
